(1) When purchasing in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Act, in the case of things not mentioned in the procurement guidelines (procurement guidelines) of the donor party according to the agreement between the government of Nepal and the donor party, it will be in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
